Upon arrival at the airport / or pre requested location in Colombo, where you will be met by an English speaking guide who will assist you throughout your tour. From there, you will travel to Kandy, which is a city located in the central part of Sri Lanka. In Kandy, you will stay overnight in a hotel, which will provide you with an opportunity to rest and relax after your journey. Kandy is a city known for its cultural and historical significance, and there are many interesting places to visit such as the Temple of the Tooth Relic, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the most important Buddhist temples in Sri Lanka. After breakfast you will begin your day with a visit to the Royal Botanical Garden of Peradeniya, which is located near Kandy.
