Upon arrival at the airport / or pre requested location in Colombo where you will meet your English-speaking guide. From there, you will be traveling to Kandy, which is a city located in the central province of Sri Lanka. Kandy is a popular tourist destination known for its rich cultural heritage, lush green hills, and scenic beauty. Some of the top attractions in Kandy include the Temple of the Tooth, which houses the sacred tooth relic of Lord Buddha, the Kandy Lake, the Peradeniya Botanical Gardens, and the Royal Palace of Kandy. After breakfast at your hotel in Kandy, you will proceed to the Royal Botanical Gardens of Peradeniya. The gardens are located on the banks of the Mahaweli River and are known for their stunning collection of orchids, spices, medicinal plants, and other flora. You can enjoy a 360-degree view from the viewpoint while having your packed breakfast. After the excursion, you will visit the Haggala Botanical Garden, which is a picturesque garden located at the foot of the Hakgala Mountain range. The garden is home to a wide variety of plants, including many exotic species, and is known for its beautiful rose garden. In the garden, you can have your lunch under the big trees and then take a relaxing walk to explore the beautiful surroundings.
