Located 200km south-east of Colombo, this park is a major eco-tourism destination and is famous for its thriving elephant population. Upon arrival, we'll embark on an exciting safari where we'll have the chance to see these magnificent creatures up close. With over 350 elephants living in Udawalawe, it's not uncommon to see whole herds of adults and young elephants feeding, bathing, and playing in the water. But that's not all - this park is also home to buffaloes, water monitor lizards, sambar deer, monkeys, and even leopards, making it a truly diverse and fascinating wildlife destination. As we explore the park, we'll be surrounded by thousands of rare birds, adding to the magic of the experience. Get ready for a safari that is sure to leave you with blissful memories.
